Anwesha is a postdoctoral researcher working within the Leverhulme Trust funded project "Delivering Better for Less" in the School of Economics at the University of Surrey. She is also a PhD candidate in the School of Economics at the University of East Anglia.
Her primary research interests lie in Micro-based behavioural Economics including contests, conflicts and identity-related issues. Her doctoral thesis studied how manipulating interface components, structural components and group attitude affects behaviour in the probabilistic contests.
She has parallel interests in well-being and gender issues.
